This is loose study sketch of there Boat Harbour Headland. Done one afternoon, Plein Air sitting on a concrete wall just above the Gerringong cemetery. These headlands were formed millions of years ago via volcanic eruptions from the shadowing Mt. Saddleback. This violent geologic history 
at odds with the now rolling, pastural feminine landscape.
