Looking east from the end seat at Neilson Park back along the beach. This and the other pictures of Neilson are all done Plein Air - or completed on the spot at the time in the location. As such if you start late in the afternoon one one must work fast and often capture just the impression of what’s in front of them. Its a tradition of the early Impressionist's who would head out for the day and and complete a work for better or for worse on the spot - very Punk. Oil.400x300mm
