From the southern end of the Kiama coastal walk you come across the final headland. A pastural, sculptural bluff that exhibits the power and beauty found throughout the region. This landscape has inspired generations of artists none better than the great Lloyd Rees who taught us at the University of Sydney. He lived in an old weatherboard shack 150m from this headland which my grandparents rented from him back in the early 1960’s.
